Step 1: Removing back cover

Insert plastic opening tool in the corner of device and slide along edges to separate adhesive.
Remove cover
Disconnect battery, to avoid electric shock, by pulling up on the white plastic as shown by the orange box.
Step 2: Locate the Volume module
Locate the volume module.
Remove both screws using the Philips screwdriver.
Step 3: Lift out of Place
Once both screws are removed grab the tweezers.
Then lift up on the module.
Step 4: Removing the Electrical tape
Find the electrical tape connecting the module to the motherboard
Carefully pull out the electrical tape horizontally and remove the volume module from the device.
