To take off the housing you need to turn the device upside down and push the release button down at the bottom of the phone and pull the cover down with your thumbs until you hear a click, and the cover should come free
Step 2: Undoing clips and lifting off bezel
To take off the front bezel you need to put your nails under the clips pictured and pry off the case
Step 3: Lifting off bezel
With the housing unclipped you should be able to lift it off.
Step 4: Removing button pads
Lift off the buttons to reveal a bare contact pad. Now you have removed the housing !
