Step 1:

To prepare the iOpener insert it in the microwave for 30 seconds and apply it on the side edges of the phone so that the glue underneath will soften.
Step 5:
Pry off the back with a plastic opening tool.
Step 6:
Remove the six Phillips #000 screws holding the speaker to the device.
