Step-by-Step Process
Step 1:
Tap ***Controls***, then ***Service*** on the touchscreen.
Select ***Wiper Service Mode*** to lift the wipers away from the windshield.
Step 2:
Lift the Wiper Arm Gently lift the wiper arm away from the windshield until it stays in the raised position.
Don’t let the wiper arm snap back on the windshield — it could crack the glass.

The tab is at the point where the blade connects to the wiper arm hook.
If the tab is stiff, press firmly and wiggle the blade slightly.

Make sure the correct blade is used for each side of the vehicle.
Push the blade onto the hook until you hear a click.
Lightly pull the blade to confirm it’s secure, then gently lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield.
Step 5:
Disable the ***Wiper Service Mode***.
Tap ***Controls *** then ***Service*** to turn off Wiper Service Mode.
Test the wipers to ensure they operate normally.
