Step-by-Step Process
Step 1:
Pull the latch on the left side of the glovebox to open.
Step 2:

Step 3:
Use two fingers to turn the stopper on the inside right of the glove box counterclockwise.
The stopper should pop right out.
Step 4:
Release the stopper on the inner left side of the glove box.
Step 5:
Lower the glovebox down to reveal the cabin air filter compartment.
Step 6:
Press down on the latches below the arrows on both sides of the compartment door to open it.
Pull out the air filter.
Note which way the arrows on the filter are pointing.
Step 7:
Check which way the arrows should point when placing the new filter.
They typically point down with the direction of the airflow, but may point up depending on the filter and your car.
Step 8:
Slide the air filter back into the compartment.
Shut the glove compartment door.
You have now changed the air filter!
