Step 1:

Go to the passenger side of the car and sit in the passenger seat. Pull the glove box down using the lever.

On the right side of the love box will be a plastic hydraulic; push the two pieces of plastic of the part sticking out towards each other. This should release the glove box on this side.

Then on the top left, there is a plastic screw; unscrew it and be mindful that when this happens, the glove box will swing down.
