Step-by-Step Process

Remove the two 38mm Phillips #1 screws on the taillight housing that face the outside of the truck.
Step 3:
Pull the taillight housing down from the truck so that the wires and plugs are exposed.
Step 4:
Remove any dirt or dust around the taillight plug so that nothing falls into the lens.
Step 5:
Loosen and remove the taillight plug so that the bulb is exposed.
Step 6:
Remove the old or damaged bulb.
Insert the new bulb into the exposed plug and then insert the plug back into the taillight housing and tighten.
